This set features a high-neck, sleeveless crop top and a flowy, three-tiered skirt with elastic waistband.

Suggested fabric for the top is a medium-weight 2-way or 4-way stretch knit with good recovery, such as rib knit, cotton lycra or jersey.  However, any knit fabric with at least 50% stretch will work, but may not give the same results.

The most popular types of fabrics for the skirt are flowy wovens with a lot of drape, such as voile, silk and georgette. Quilters cotton is NOT recommended.  1.5" non-roll elastic is needed for the waistband.
