This McCall's 3845 vintage sewing pattern is from 1973 and features an apron / smock or tunic. The pattern has options for frog closures or ribbon ties on the sides, and a center front lined patch pocket.  We think one of these would be great worn over a monochromatic slim fit pants and top evening ensemble.
